Login on Android or iOS

erek 54 is accessible on mobile via our Android app or iOS Safari browser. If you installed the Android app from our download link, launch it and enter your registered email and password—login is the same across all devices. Your session persists until you manually sign out or until we detect suspicious activity triggering a security re-verification.

On iOS, navigate to erek54.id in Safari, tap the share icon, and add the site to your home screen. This creates a shortcut that behaves like a native app. Your login credentials work identically on Safari as on Android.

If you forget your password, tap the Forgot your password? link on the login form. We email you a reset link valid for 24 hours. Click it, set a new password (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and a number), and return to login. Do not share your password reset link with anyone.

Security note: If you see a login attempt from an unexpected location or device, we send a verification email. Click the link in the email to approve the login, or ignore it to deny access. Never share this code with support staff—we will never ask for your password or verification codes.

Two-factor authentication on erek 54

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Once enabled, a second verification step is required after you enter your password. On Android, 2FA uses biometric unlock (fingerprint or face ID). On iOS Safari, we email you a time-limited code—enter it to complete login.

To enable 2FA, go to Account Settings > Security > Two-factor authentication and follow the prompts. You can disable 2FA at any time using your password as override, but we strongly advise against it.

Troubleshooting login on erek 54

  • Incorrect password error: Check that caps lock is off and you're using the correct spelling. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you've forgotten it, use the password-reset link.
  • Account locked: After five failed login attempts, your account locks for subject to verification as a security measure. Wait and try again, or use the password-reset link to unlock immediately.
  • Browser not recognising login: Clear your browser cache (Safari: Settings > Privacy > Clear History and Website Data). Refresh the page and try again.
  • App won't load: Force-close the app (pull down from top on Android; swipe up from bottom on iOS) and reopen it. If this fails, uninstall and reinstall from the link on our download page.
  • Verification email not arriving: Check spam or junk folders. If it's not there, ask support to resend the verification code via in-app chat.

If login continues to fail after trying these steps, contact our support team via in-app chat (available 09:00–18:00 Jakarta time, Monday to Friday). We can reset your account or investigate account access issues.
